- Philippines
- about 6–8 weeks
- Shortlist of profiles that match your family
- Interview her by video call while she is overseas

- within 1 week
- Lower agency fee, as she is already in Singapore
- Interview her in person at our office, or by video call

Times are counted from when your application is submitted and are a guide only. We also have new helpers from Mizoram. They speak fluent English.
We match helpers for
- Infant & childcare
- Elderly care
- Housework & cooking
Simple, Transparent Pricing
Your agency fee depends on the helper you choose (nationality, fresh or experienced, new or transfer) and the insurance plan you pick. Before you confirm, we give you a full breakdown, and every item is listed on your invoice. What you see is what you pay.
Under MOM guidelines, we don't publish our fees online. WhatsApp us and we'll send you our fee schedule.
A typical breakdown includes
- Our service fee
- MOM application and documentation fees
- Medical examination at the clinic
- Insurance and security bond
- Settling-In Programme course (first-time helpers)
- Airport pick-up and transport
Helpers from the Philippines have additional Philippine government fees (POEA / OEC / PRA). Applicable fees apply. WhatsApp us for our fee schedule.

Permits & Paperwork
We handle the forms and appointments, so you don’t have to.
Work Permit
We apply for, renew and cancel your helper’s Work Permit. We remind you 8 weeks before it expires, and renewal usually takes a few working days once submitted.
Insurance & Security Bond
Choose a medical insurance plan from insurers we work with, including ANDA, InsureAsia, FWD and MSIG. If your helper is hospitalised or injured, we help you file the claim.
Medical Check-ups
We book the appointment at one of our partner clinics islandwide and make sure the check-up is done before she starts work. Nothing for you to arrange.
SIP & EOP
We arrange the Settling-In Programme for first-time helpers, and guide first-time employers through the Employers’ Orientation Programme.
Levy Concession
We check if your household qualifies for the concessionary levy (S$60 instead of S$300 a month) and apply for you.
Who qualifies for the concessionary levy?
- A Singapore Citizen child or grandchild under 16 living with you
- A Singapore Citizen family member aged 67 or above
- A Singapore Citizen family member with a disability who needs daily care
MOM sets the full conditions. We will check your case for you.
Replacement Support
If your helper doesn’t work out in the first 6 months, we’ll help you find another.
- Up to 2 replacements within 6 months without paying our agency fee again.
- If you end the contract within 6 months and don’t want a replacement, we refund 50% of our agency fee.
- Pro-rated insurance refund: we help you get back the unused part of the first helper’s medical insurance.
For a replacement helper, the government application and documentation fees, insurance and security bond, and medical check-up are charged again, as they cannot be transferred. Terms apply and are set out in your service agreement. (If your helper still has an unpaid loan, we don’t recommend ending her contract outright. Before you can get back the loan balance, she and her loan need to be transferred to a new employer first.)
Support After Your Helper Starts
Every helper brings her own language, culture and habits. We stay with you while she settles in, and for as long as she works with you.
Counselling in Her Language
If needed, we arrange a counsellor who speaks her language to help both sides. If things don’t improve, we discuss options with you, such as extra training or a replacement.
Contract Renewal
Reminders before her contract and Work Permit end, and help with the renewal.
Passport Renewal & Home Leave Registration
We prepare the documents for embassy endorsement, such as renewing her passport and getting her home leave endorsed at the embassy.
Sending Her Home
If she isn’t transferring to a new employer after her Work Permit is cancelled, MOM requires you to send her home. We arrange the flight and transport to the airport. The employer pays these costs.
Extra Services
Airport Pick-up & Transport
Included and itemised in all our packages.
Helper Lodging
Your helper can stay at our lodging house while you are away, meals included. Applicable fees apply.
Questions About Our Services
It depends on the helper you choose (nationality, fresh or experienced, new or transfer) and the insurance plan you pick. WhatsApp us and we’ll send you our fee schedule and a full breakdown before you decide.
Usually about 2–4 weeks for helpers from Indonesia and Myanmar, and about 6–8 weeks for helpers from the Philippines. A transfer helper can usually start within a week of the application being submitted.
A fresh helper has not worked in Singapore before. An experienced helper has worked in Singapore or elsewhere before. She may still be overseas, or already in Singapore. A transfer helper is already working in Singapore and is changing employers, so she can start sooner and you can meet her in person.
Yes. Helpers who are still overseas are interviewed by video call. Transfer helpers can be interviewed in person at our Clementi office, or by video call.
Many new helpers have a loan for their recruitment costs in their home country, which is repaid from their salary over the first few months. We tell you the amount and number of months for each helper before you confirm.
Within 6 months, you can have up to 2 replacements without paying our agency fee again, or if you end the contract within 6 months without a replacement, we refund 50% of our agency fee. Government fees, insurance, security bond and the medical check-up for the new helper are charged again.
The levy is S$300 a month. It drops to S$60 a month if your household qualifies for the concession, for example if you live with a Singapore Citizen child under 16 or have a Singapore Citizen family member aged 67 or above. We check this and apply for you.
Yes. MOM requires employers to buy medical insurance and personal accident insurance that meet MOM’s requirements for their helper, and to have a S$5,000 security bond. We help you choose a plan and arrange it.
As the employer, you are responsible for her medical costs. Her medical insurance covers hospital and day-surgery bills up to the plan limit, and we help you file the claim.
Yes. First-time employers must complete the Employers’ Orientation Programme (EOP) before the Work Permit is applied for. We guide you through it.
Yes. Your helper can stay at our lodging house, meals included. Applicable fees apply. WhatsApp us your dates to book.
